All orders of in-stock items will be processed within a week's time. Please allow ample shipping time when placing an order. Zoey and Jessie will do their best to process the orders as fast as they can when Jess is out of town. For a German Shepard/Dobie and Chow/Lab mix they do pretty good until it comes to calculating postage — so cut them some slack. Shipping is typically $5 unless you need it fast and it is $20. Contact Jess directly at 917-543-0966 if you have any ordering or shipping related questions. The dogs don't check voice mail.
